Serbia & Hungary Mission - 2009
The 4rd Mission to Serbia and 1st ever in Hungary: Due to the strong demands, we expanded the mission to 8 days of service. This is the most # of consecutive days we have served in a mission. Programs would start at 9am and lead into the early hours of the morning (with the exception of a small 45 minute lunch break). The goal this year was two fold: (1) to bring more light into the world by allowing people to shine brighter, (2) Raise money for Humanitarian & Disaster Relief Projects. Both focuses proved to be a huge success. Hungary was filled with open hearts. With people so ready for healing, it is easy to see miracles unfold, and we were privileged to see our share in the short time we provided our service. Only hard part about a mission such as this is the ending of it. Each year it seems harder and harder to come back to NY. Blessings to all who made many sacrafices and gave of themselves selflessly to support, organize and serve in this mission.
