Mission Yatra - Sept 2011

This year the Mission yatra was called to travel twice. After shortly recovering from the trip in May, Gaurish (Dr. Ara Bagdassarian) was off to new lands. This time, we had the honor of providing service in Nepal within the confines of Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries and Nunneries. After 8 days of service in various locations, we continued the pilgrimage to Hungary and Czech Rep. where we provided an additional 10 days. We are only providing pictures of Nepal here because the European portion of the yatra are near identical in scenery as those from May 2011. It was a most blessed event. The service incorporated a combination of Chiropractic and healing as always.

A special thanks to Chodron Foundation and Leslie Sutton for making the Nepal trip possible, to Khenpo Chokey for organizing the mission program in Pullahari as well as coordinating with the nunneries, and to all the Coordinators, organizers, and sevites (selfless servants) who worked tirelessly in all mission sites throughout Nepal and Europe. I am deeply grateful for your selfless efforts and commitment in making this world shine brighter. Lastly my gratitude to the professional photographer in the Nepal trip, Haik Kocharian (94-96% pictures below were taken by him).

With humble gratitude’s ~ Gaurish
